  • Aldea Hostel at Santa Rosa 447
  • Cordoba, Argentina

Cordoba is amazing by itself, but who knew it would inspire a fellow backpacker to create
Aldea Hostel?

Knowing he can up the standard, he created Aldea as to feel like a hotel but with the price everyone can afford. Its design is so eclectic that travelers will not only feel like they?re part of a different world but right at home as well.

Dropped off one block from the hostel by any bus it?s located in the Center of Cordoba city. All of the main attractions are within close proximity. A few blocks from Arts fair, surrounded by a bohemian atmosphere, read more
filled with mom and pop restaurants and local bars with live music every weekend. Two
blocks from 9 de Julio Street, a pedestrian street where all the commercial shopping takes
place, you can find people here at all hours.

Our knowledgeable staff can provide information regarding guided tours and local hot spots like Patio Olmos shopping Center, the largest mall in town. Consisting of lively people from all over the globe, you're bound recognize someone?s accent. If you prefer to stay indoors and mingle with other travelers we've got an exciting amount of options for you within the hostel.

With graffiti covered walls in a maze-like layout, there is never a dull turn at Aldea. A lounge room to chill and watch a movie on our large plasma TV or play billiards with chicos. Free WiFi and access to computers allow our guests to make their travel plans quick and easy. If you prefer the open air, the patio has foosball and ping pong tables so you can show off your skills and make new friends. On the rooftop terrace, a grill to make a traditional Asado Argentino and hear tales from others of their adventures. Boredom? Well forget about it.

Nothing but laughs at AldeaŽs in-house bar that sells several kinds of beer and features live
entertainment, depending on the night. From live music to gypsy dancing, we just don?t know any other way to party.

Upon making a reservation at Aldea, you will have the options to choose from a number of rooms ranging from individually designed private rooms to dormitories. We pride ourselves in cleanliness and try to exceed the standards of all of our guests. We start every tranquil morning by providing you with freshly brewed coffee and strait out of the oven pastries from the corner bakery. Our local laundry service, if needed, will return your clothes in a timely fashion and in pristine condition.

Getting lost in another country is not a hard feat to accomplish, but when you have the right people at your call then getting lost is not the worry.

We are waiting for you!!

Good hostel, not enough bathrooms and showers but the staf is very helpful and the breakfast more than the usual bread and dulce de leche.

Loudest place I stayed during the trip. They blasted music until 2-3am every night. The hostel has an open design so you hear everything that goes on, from drunk people coming home to people smoking on the terrace.
